Hello,

I am doing research on the cost and maintenance of agent websites, and satisfaction levels. Your input would be appreciated - if you can answer 1,2,3,4 for us, we will compile industry averages for web site results and expenses. Here are the questions:

1) Roughly how much does your agency pay for monthly hosting of your agency web site?

2) Unless you designed your website yourself, roughly what did your agency pay for the development or design of your original web site?

3) On the average, how many policies do you sell per month via online quote requests or calls from clients who have found you via your web site?

4) Would you say that the business production from your web site is: a) great b) satisfactory c) not the greatest d) terrible, never sold a thing

This helps us determine what results agents are having with their sites, what the overall financial implications are, and their satisfaction level - I speak at seminars across the country and I like to tell agents how OTHER agents are doing.

thanks for participating!

I also use godaddy and xsitepro2 for my other websites.

I think these are great for a P&C agent, and rapidly improving to meet the needs of the life and health agencies.

AgentMethods websites start at $39 a month, with no set-up fee, no contract, and the first month free. They include professionally designed templates, a library of insurance content, and an easy to use management system. You can launch your site in minutes.

Aaron, does your site have a crm included? I would love to integrate my own site (which is wordpress) with a crm to catch leads real time from my quote engine and quote pages.
